Nell's Pizza is a New York-inspired pizza restaurant and bar on the ground floor of the Foundation building, in the Stamford Quarter development in Altrincham town centre.
The Altrincham branch opened in November 2024. The menu centres on thin-crust New York-style pizzas, available as 14-inch, giant 22-inch pies or individual slices, with a bar.
Nell's was founded by Jonny Heyes, who developed the concept during lockdown as a low-waste pizza operation before launching it as a standalone restaurant.

Nell's brings something genuinely different to Altrincham's pizza scene: New York-style thin-crust pies, including whole 22-inchers and individual slices, rather than the Neapolitan norm. Set back within the Stamford Quarter's Foundation building, it offers a quieter, slice-and-a-drink alternative to the Market Quarter mainstream.
