Altrincham Today reported that the 2,166 sq ft unit, styled in the brand's neon pink and blue, seats around 65 guests and serves hand-crafted dim sum, roasted meats, noodle soups and Chinese tea.

One of the best Chinese restaurants in the Altrincham area, and a colourful addition to the Stamford Quarter. With its striking neon pink and blue interiors, Yum Cha brings a little big-city energy to the Foundation building, but the real attraction is the food: beautifully made dim sum, roasted meats, comforting noodle soups and generous sharing plates. No reservations here – just turn up hungry and hope there's a table.
