Yum Cha is an independent Chinese restaurant located in the Stamford Quarter’s Foundation building. It serves a wide range of dumplings, rice and noodle dishes, roasted meats, and a wide range of classic Chinese dishes. This restaurant opened following the success of the original Yum Cha which is located in Manchester’s city centre.
